    Evelyn Bergaila is a landscape architect with over 30 years of experience. During her thirteen years with Martha Schwartz Partners, she has filled the major roles of Director of Operations in Cambridge and Project Manager. While with MSP, Evelyn’s experience includes management of large-scale projects including the Baltimore Inner Harbor Master Plan and the HUD Building Plaza Improvements in Washington, D.C.

    Matthew Getch is a Landscape Architect with 12 years of experience and has worked in both the UK and the US for a number of award winning design practices. Matthew is an accomplished designer with expertise in creating memorable spaces within the urban realm as well as mixed-use development schemes and master plans. Matt's breadth of knowledge also encompasses detailed design and construction.

    Nigel Koch offers ‘on the ground’ experience of landscape architecture, having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Middle East, Asia and Australia. He is currently involved in MSP’s high profile assignments in the UAE and Asia. A valued member of the team, Nigel is a skilled intermediary between the client and the design process and provides creative and administrative input to achieve project outcomes.

    Chief Financial Officer
    As Chief Financial Officer and Principal at Martha Schwartz Partners, Nancy has dealt with many Finance, Human Relations, and Office Management issues over her 16 years with the firm. She has met the challenges of ever-changing offices along with legal, financial, human relations, and health and safety issues. With 24 years of experience in Finance, Nancy has worked in both large international corporate companies and smaller, more personally run office environments.

    Design Director
    Deborah Nagan is an experienced Senior Landscape Architect and Project Manager, currently heading our Abu Dhabi Corniche Beach project. She has previously overseen the design and management of Wood Wharf in London and has particular expertise in large projects. However, as an independent designer, Deborah works on small conceptual projects and has completed gardens in Luxembourg, Canada and London.

    Daniel Reynolds is a Chartered Landscape Architect. He has worked on many prestigious projects throughout the UK, Europe, and Middle East and is intrinsic to developing relationships between MSP and our many international clients. Through living and working in the Middle East and Asia for over four years he has a wealth of knowledge about global landscape cultures and environments and is currently managing a series of projects globally.
